In the past, my clients have affectionately dubbed me as the OBM extraordinaire and workflow wizard, but they’ve also come up with some more humorous titles like Process Evangelist, Automation Tzar, and Red Thread Enthusiast. While I have a soft spot for sarcasm, puppies, and all things fandom-related, my true passion lies in creating efficient processes and automated workflows. Seeing things run smoothly just brings me joy.
